From time to time organisations require a sub-brand for a specific purpose. In this case ARRCC needed a logo to promote their Friday Filmmakers on social media.

ARRCC provides activities, respite, rehabilitation and care centres who support and provide opportunities for adults with additional needs be they physical, sensory or learning difficulties.

Through Friday Filmmakers a group of people are able to raise awareness of disabilities by creating their own films about what challenges they face and what activities interest them and how these interests have helped them.

Any logo for this group had to be as inclusive as possible, to achieve this high contrast colours of black and white were used, along with ensuring an easy to read typeface reminiscent of classic films.

Using the laurel leaves to mimic the shape of the accessibility symbol gives a subtle hint to the challenges faced by the group members.
